How do I make "Off Balance" show up on the target ON XBOX?

I absolutely cannot get the words Off Balance to appear on the screen. I'm on xbox. I've tried every setting I can think of and cannot find it. Is it possible?

On PS4 it shows up when you have the floating combat text enabled. Assuming you already tried that, I don't know. $:\$

Assuming the console menus are the same, it's in settings > combat, I believe? (This is so hard to remember when away from home lol.) I do know you have to scroll down one or two categories before you get to it, whichever category it's under. Hit me back if you still can't find it/no xbox friends come along to help, I'll be home in ~30min and can tell you for sure where it is on PS4.

Thanks. I've turned off an on every thing I thought co trolled it. I got nothing.

I'm not on now, but what we also have is combat tips - the same thing that controls the "tap RT + LT to breakfree" text to prompt up. That may what also control the off- balance text
