Im working on a project and need the item Dark Elf Bed of Coals. The easiest way to obtain this item is to bjy kragenhome, a lovely dunmer house that costs 69K. Of anyone on PC-NA were to mail me the bed of coals item I would happily pay you 100K for each one. This means that if youre willing to mail mr your bed of coals ypull essentially be getting the house and 31K paid by yours truly.

Several updates ago, they removed the achievement requirement for small and I think medium homes. So, no that achievement is no longer required to purchase the home.1 -

Im pretty sure were thinking of two different homes. The other home is larger and requires an achievo and about 400K to buy but it also comes with the bed of coals.1 -

The achievements were removed with Update 16 (Clockwork City), but I can only find this in a PTS thread on feedback for housing with Update 16. It may also be in the PTS patch notes, but I didn't see it in the live patch notes.
