    The Daedric artifact is weak against enemy players in both 1v1 & 1vX.
    It is weaker than Emperor.
    Even with the recent PTS buff of ignoring Battle Spirit, it is still weak.
    Unless ZOS will buff it, I suggest to not get over excited.
