I just want to thank the people at ZoS for their commitment to this community.

I was banned from the forums for a while because I was an A-hole. But they saw it fit to give me back my forum account and I'm excited to be able to contribute to the community again!
Things like this matter, they really do care about their community, and they deal with issues on a per-basis level which is not something you can say about many companies.
