Witchman Armor Set - per ulti Point or ulti cost?

Hey,
If I use the witchman Armor set and have 500 ulti Points, but only use a ultimate with 200 cost, will I get the Ressources for the 500 (my ulti Points) or 200 (cost of the ulti) Points?

✭✭✭✭✭It's supposed to be per the cost. So a 200 ult should return 5.6k health and Stam, regardless how much you have stored up.
In contrast, Balorgh is supposed to generate ult based on the amount you actually use. So, for example, if you use that same ult, and only have 200 ult, it'll give you 400 Weapon and Spell Damage, while if you have 500 ult saved up, it will give you 1k to each for 10 seconds.
Now, it's possible some of the ult cost sets aren't working as intended at the moment, but I haven't heard anything about that.1
