Elsweyr Changes?

Hi,
Does anybody know if they are planning any changes for the stamina nightblade or werewolf with the new Elsweyr update? I am following the alcast builds after the wraithstone update. I have 200 transmute crystals and wanting to know if I can burn them for other characters, or need to save them for the new update for these 2.
I am using the following sets:
For my stamina nightblade I am using the velidreth monster set, Advancing Yokeda jewels and weapons, relequen armour and a Maelstrom bow.
For my werewolf I am using molag kena monster set, relequen armour, bloodmoon weapons and jewelry and a Maelstrom bow.

Big ones for your builds would be Snipe for bows and incap for nightblades.
There's several iterations of patch notes with all the info under the public test server section in the forums.
