I PuG'd a random vet dungeon last night and landed in WGT. We blazed through as we should since we were all 810+. At the end the tank and healer both entered in group chat GG DPS! It was a small token of appreciation, but it really made me feel happy (and I'm sure the other deeps too). I've always been confident in my DPS role but I never expect praise. I'm usually the one saying wow...great heals! or GG tank you're a beast!
In a perfect ESO world all players would know their role and execute at a veteran level but as we know this is not always the case...
The power of a small but positive comment can do wonders to our communities confidence thus making our random experiences better, imo. Do you ever give praise to your random group after a quick and efficient clear whether it be a vet dungeon or quick crag trial, etc.?
95% of the time I type in "GG" (Good Game) but I always give credit where credit is due if a certain role is on the level.
