HDR on Xbox... again

Can we please get a contrast slider and maybe even a color slider? HDR looks great on every other game but on ESO the contrast is too low. It could at least partially be my tv (an lg), but it’s only an issue in this game. The Division 2 looks spectacular and has more controls over the HDR. ESO has 1 slider for HDR “brightness” (the Division actually explains what the sliders do!). Thanks!

hdr makes the night veeeeeeeeeeeeery dark too...which is nice if you have optimal lighting / play in a dark room but if you have a little bit of daylight you hardly see anythin anymore

Have you fully colour calibrated your TV? It's worth it.

I have and love the HDR colours. Not against sliders to give options but really don't want then to break HDR so its off like last time they meddled with it, was terrible without.

I’ve got a Panasonic hdr10 tv, colours were saturated until I played with the tv settings looks great now

I’ve given up on it for now... it stinks because this is the only game that doesn’t look good. I’ve tried calibrating/adjusting nearly every setting and it still looks like the picture has very low contrast (is the best way to describe it.) I’m sure part of it is this tv (lg uj6300) as I’ve read about similar issues from a google search... but every other game looks good in part due to offering more HDR options.

HDR in this game is dreadful and I don't know why it has yet to be fixed. It's dim and oversaturated and can't even be turned off in game. I would be satisified if they just had a toggle to remove it at this point. I'm tired of going to Xbox settings every time I play the game.

I had to turn it off. While it was kind off pretty, it always looked like the sun was about to go down (think 8:30 during the summer and 15 minutes before it hits twilight).

HDR in this game is utterly ugly.

Nvidia shaders on PC can make the game extremely good looking... sadly on Console you have only the settings from your TV.

Actually a few patches ago on Xbox one X, something happened to the HDR that a lot of people complained about, something about the color being too washed out, and it was reverted, but I really liked the washed out coloring and wish that I could go back to it. I dislike how the purples and pink pop so much. It makes it feel too cartoony. Any hope of going back or giving us that choice?

Didn't they say that hdr will be properly adressed in the future? After the last patch made HDR look grey and washed out.

That means you like extremely saturated colors. You should increase your tv color setting so all your games look gorgeous as well.
