So I’m just wondering if Siroria is really necessary in Trials. I know it’s great for a dummy, but is it really viable in Trials? Like on a pet sorc, magblads etc? It seems Acuity, MS, or even BSW and Julianos might be better.
Depends on your trials group. It is best to go over gear beforehand because you are part of a team, so you should have any sets you may need. Siroria is one of those sets.
No single set is necessary and Siroria only works well if you can stand in the buff long enough to get the stacks. If you are looking for a trial set to get the minor slayer then Moondancer is fine.
Even at that, the sets everyone is mentioning work great as well.
siroria is only good on fights you stay stationary for, so it is not widely used. Mother's sorrow / BSW is a better combo for most content
World's First Planesbreaker
World's First Bugged Planesbreaker
World's First Dawnbringer
World's Third Godslayer
World's Second Immortal Redeemer
World's Third Gryphon Heart
Perfect siroria yes, even if it's uptime is 50%. Non-perfect (from normal trials) easily replaced.
This is an important distinction. Perfected needs quite a few less stacks to make it better than BSW/Julianos/Spell Strat due to the additional magicka. If you only have normal Siroria then the question of what to run becomes much less obvious unless its a fully static fight.
