Back around the 2nd or 3rd, I placed multiple tickets including 140404-000824 for an issue where bank upgrades disappeared and the items that were in the extra slots disappeared as well.
This ticket was marked solved with some note that said I would get items back. I have NOT received any items in the last week, nor have I received the bank upgrades back, NOR have I received the gold I spent on the upgrades.
This happened to me NOT ONCE... BUT TWICE. I put tickets in for each.
The tickets were marked SOLVED... I see NO SOLUTION. ZERO. ZIP. NIL. NADA. I am out the stuff and haven't dared buy another bank upgrade because all I seem to get from support is premature closing of tickets and cutesy emails about the items being summoned back.
I have asked SEVERAL follow-up questions with NO response whatsoever and I dare say that completely ignoring a customer can't really be classified as customer service.
Please re-open my ticket or start a NEW ticket and don't mark it solved until it IS SOLVED. Don't mark it solved because you send a form letter. That's not customer service... that's the OPPOSITE. That's customer DISSERVICE.
I like this game, but so far, I have ONLY BAD THINGS to say about the level of support I have received on EVERY TICKET I have placed about bugs or issues.
