Can't use Group Finder if not solo queueing

So, I am CP 1632 and the dungeon queue simply doesn't work for me when I am grouped with someone else. I tried turning off ALL my addons, tried queing with different people - it DOESN'T work. When I press the "Join Queue" button NOTHING happens.
