Budget is 1250 Dollars with tax.
Which one do I get for Cyrodiil Massive Battle PvP and keep above 50 fps with high settings.
Please do not suggest other websites or other desktops, it has to be smaller than 14 inches so I can fly with it. ( flying overseas - foreign student status )
