Wrecking Blow empower need clarification
How many attacks does the empower of Wrecking Blow last? Does it empower heavy and light attacks as well? The following page mentions empower next attack for 5 seconds, so say I deal 2 light and 1 heavy attacks after the Wrecking Blow, do they all get empowered?

"Slam enemy with an upward swing, dealing 1226 Physical Damage. Grants you Empower for 5 seconds, increasing the damage of your next Light Attack by 40%."
Empower lasts for 5 seconds and affects only 1 Light Attack.2 -

For classes without a proper spammable, and using 2H, it is the strongest choice.
But yes, it needs changed. I've proposed the following numerous times now for Uppercut.
1. Wrecking Blow - remove the cast time, make it instant, and adjust (lower, or normalize) the damage. Buff the Empower to 50 or 75% to compensate for lower skill damage and promote weaving.
2. Dizzying Swing - retain the cast time, gain a little damage (same as on live), retain the CC. This is the PvP skill, so it would basically ne the same as it is on live.0 -
