Seriously you bring the game down for maintenance and do not fix this bug.
Its the MAIN QUEST LINE for ********** sake, you now have with me 20+ people who cannot progress and its 8am, by the end of today it will be 100's.
You have not posted any ETA to fix.

Perseas✭✭✭there is 2 piles of horns look a like... They form a kind of a doorway, entrance. You must all stay in the distant "horns" away from the gate. If someone enters inside, the timing resets! I was there too and about 20 people stayed away from the entrance and some people spam the chat to keep the people away from it, to do NOT enter.
It reseted that way, we waited about 30 min. Because some people didnt knew and entered while we waited! ...
