So with the Incap changes i think it would be fair to give soul assault a disarm mechanic, the disables all stamina skills for 3 seconds.
Stamina characthers can always just dodgeroll to avoid further incoming damage.
Even if you were serious, a undodgeable 90k tooltip is very different from a dodgeable 16k tooltip lol.
But while were at it, just make all attacks silence and disarm and we can all run around Cyrodiil not doing anything except being mindful of our existence in silence.
