all 8 of my boxes are doing this. i am wearing NO addons for this pic. in fact, i removed the addons folder before logging in. where did my stuff go?????

Iarao✭✭✭✭ok everything is good now. they had me remove more than just my addons. i had to remove saved variables and addon settings. and run the repair.
may have been operator error, tho. it didnt register that the boxes had a junk tab (whose contents do not show when you choose the "all" tab) and it is very likely that i had separated out the stuff i wanted to put in my boxes by putting them in my pack junk tab. and so they went into the box junk tab and it never registered that the box had one of those. my GB does not have a junk tab. i dont remember specifically checking that tab in the boxes, but i have been very busy with this last event and so maybe i did and maybe i didnt. so maybe they fixed it, but most likely it was operator error. old dogs; new trix.

✭✭✭✭✭What type of stuff? If it was crafting mats, it probably got moved to your crafting bag during the ESO+ trial. If it was other stuff like weapons, armor, etc. I'd make a list of what's missing and start a support ticket. Sometimes it helps to post the ticket # here.0 -

the big boxes hold only motif pages. the smaller ones either the pages or housing items. i have no clue what i am missing, only that most of my boxes were full up or very close and that the count on the box is wrong now. ex: i don't have 12 items in that top box and stacked items count as one item. ditto for the rest of my 7 boxes.
