Based on this (new) loading screen:
I think the first tower is Frostflow Lighthouse.
On the map it's Nr 2. Nr 1 is a cave "Yngvild" which is some ruins also visible on the loading screen:
The last tower is probably "Snowpoint beacon"
I didn't have Skyrim installed, so i could not investigate the other island to the west for the North statue.
But... we have dragon, we have this, it's confirmed. Case closed, coming next year.
Edit: Dang it is an older loading screen. I never noticed it as i am mostly stuck with the Cyrodillic loading screen which is burned into my eyes im afraid
