Never especially since you take less damage under 50% heath as a vamp and the way I have my CP layout as well as being a darkelf with the flame resistant and the immunity to the burning status effect as well. But I have been ganked by a NB but my gank buddy was also pulling 7k WD and a stupid amount of Penetration but out of all my 1v1s and 1vX clips never been just flat out two shot at all the only troublesome class has been a pet sorc setup.

Just losing the major fracture from SA and the minor berserk from relentless focus and the defile from incap will force the setup to change a little

Very nice, I personally dont play with lethal arrow or snipe "unless I'm on a troll gank build" but I have been enjoying this set up currently

If you go darkelf you get free shacklebreaker and replace it with BP for even more max stats and recovery

I personally prefer Khajiit for StamNB, it has lesser Magicka but comes with both Mag and Stam Regen, resulting in similar Magicka sustain but higher stamina sustain. I add Shadow and Minor Force to it, use Precise weapons to boost crit chance up and the burst is godly. 50% + crit chance with 2x Crit multiplier to overwhelm any crit resistance.
