Question about Imperials

I finally got around to buying the Imperial upgrade for my main account (already had it on my alt account). The one Imperial on my alt account is in EP. When I made one today, I assumed it would also be EP. But no, it's DC. Now, why is this? I didn't buy the Adventurer Pack, so it couldn't be that.

Imperial characters can be on any faction. You need to select which during character creation.I'm laughing at your epeen2 -

I think it depends on what char you were on before, or it's maybe it's just random. In any case, during creation you can pick the faction you want. You can't be without a faction, though, which was what I had wanted.Taking stealth away from the Bosmer is like taking magic away from the Altmer, making Nords allergic to mead, or making Orcs pretty.1 -
