Looking at starting the game again seriously is end game content easily accessible

Hi

I'm looking at starting the game again but going all the way. I have been playing wow again and I am at that stage where I need a raiding guild and to dedicate my time 2-3 times a week and I can't do that with a child.

It's always the same thing that lets me down with wow is that I get stuck. LFR is to easy and normal raiding and I can't dedicate my time to a guild.

Can I get top gear in this game without having to dedicate my time 3 times a week to a guild? I just don't wanna get to max and then feel let down by family commitments.

Like vet dungeons are they easy enough to get into?

The gear grind is much easier here than in WoW, and you can get competitive crafted/overland gear to set you up for vet dungeons and normal trials, where you can get the BiS stuff. Trials are much shorter than raids in WoW, as well, and everyone gets a drop off every boss. People are usually happy to trade away things they don't need.

There are plenty of casual-ish guilds that don't have set attendance requirements but still run trials regularly, or where you can find groups for vet dungeons without having to pug. It's also pretty easy to get into a trial just watching zone chat in Craglorn.

ESO Content is quite easily on Normal Mode. Normal trials in this game are not nearly as complicated as in WoW. And the difference between Vet Trials and Normal Trials rewards are very minimal.

As for Vet Dungeons, the main rewards you would be chasing are Helm/Shoulder 2pc sets. Most of them are quite easy with a decent group. Though the DLC ones are a bit more difficult unless you have an experienced group. The rest of the rewards in Vet Dungeons are just Purple rather than Blue, which you can upgrade from Blue to Purple via Crafting, so Vet Dungeons for that stuff isn't necessary if you just want to get the gear quickly and easily.
PS4-NA. Breton Templar Healer, Bosmer Stamplar, Breton Magplar, Orsimer StamDK, Dunmer MagDK, Khajiit StamNB, Dunmer MagNB, Argonian Warden Tank, Altmer Magsorc

Yes, you can, readily. Many guilds take all levels and commitments, and finding a guild that is open to that you may not be able to attend EVERY event is pretty easy. A lot of the game can be solo'd, dungeons take about 15 minutes once you have some practice with them (including the vet) and trials don't take much longer typically.

The only thing you'll have to sink time into is daily logins and training the mount up, as that takes awhile (and crafting research when you get to that point)--and those are more fire and forget 5-10 minute things, not a huge time dedication --- login, pay gold to level mount, set your researches, and log out (as you get more traits, they take longer to go).

There is nothing wrong with being Casual and running Vet Endgame---just be prepared to dedicate time if you start wanting to pursue leaderboard rankings.

If you want to do the hardest 12 person content you should expect some level of commitment. If you are ok doing hardest 4 person content and middle level 12 person which would be all trials on normal and some base games on vet that would require minimal commitment. If you want to tackle the hardest dlc 12 person content you will have to dedicate a good portion of time to gearing and learning your toon well enough to pass the requirements these guilds set. After that I have seen about 2-3 times a week for 2-3 h a session with decent attendance for DLC vet trials progression teams. Hope this helps you a little.

All dungeons, trials and arenas have a normal mode that is pretty easy. While newer content is more mechanic driven they are rarely harsh on normal mode.

Vet becomes a little different as the mechanics are not forgiving. Some mechanics can cause one player to kill most of their raid if they do not do it right but they are easy mechanics. Just requires paying attention.

Veteran Dungeons you can access through the activity finder. Trials however require commitment to a guild unless you want to spend your time organizing through zone chat.
