ok what happened when opening my gold boxe this morning i am getting a big red ? whats going on ?

well its supposed to end in 30 mins or so , but wouldnt doubt if they did something backside that ended it early0 -

That's not how the boxes work, you can open them any time you like.7 -

That's not how the boxes work, you can open them any time you like.
last year i had the same bug for my unopened boxes , the red question mark means unknown item according to what i was told then...0 -

Or it means that a client update didn't complete, and you're missing it because of that. If it has a description and everything else, then only the icon image is missing, and the item is probably usable. But an incomplete client update could be missing more than that, so don't count on it.0 -
