I want to test the new changes, But don't want to redownload pts Anyway to do it without installing?

Is there anyone who knows how to do this where it works. Basically creating a copy routing it to pathway to pts server and thus having a pts copy without having to download the game again? I know I will have to install the new content of course on there.Is there anyone that has done this recently and willing to post it here? Would save me a lot of time and frustration.

The client has to match the server. It can't be done the way you want. You're not downloading "the game again", you're downloading a different game that includes the PTS feedback functionality.

I figure that if I can set up an app manifest for the pts client. It should work. Given that is one method of fixing the game if well something is bad you just change some numbers if steam doesn't know you have eso installed but it is installed. Just have to do that manually the pts feedback functionality or maybe do a repair and hope it doesn't download the full game. There was a way I think players could back in the day switch a client to eu to na or back before they built it in so you didn't have to do two differant clients. I think the same method can be here. There is always a way. I might not have to mess with the app manifest. Hopefully. Just use that method and it could possibly work. If it does I'll let you guys know so you can also do it.
