Adaptation is fine IF there´s room for counterplay. The change to incap is the exact opposite of counterplay.

Can you still be healed by 3rd parties?
Can the silence effect be cleansed/purged? Assume not since this requires casting a skill but if others cast it?

How are you gonna block and dodge for 3 seconds in no cp on an average magicka char. Your health will just drip without shields or healing, which naturally is not given when silenced. Also in CP a magicka char with 18-20k stam will spend their whole stam pool in those 3 seconds dodging (since there is the dodge fatigue) and will be more than vulnerable to a stun after those 3 seconds (and will still get hit by 20% more damage).
Incap silence will save 1vx and make all the magic classes pay for ruining pvp with their brainless rotations and xv1ing lifestyles, my sympathy goes out for magic sorc. it never ruined pvp but it has become ruined, it has always been that of a apex predator when it comes to killing, time to strengthen the once great nb even more!

Roll Dodge and Block as a magica user is like using a staff as a stamina user....
