PTS cycle. Zos’s Inconsistency

When the first round of patch notes were released zos made it clear they were going to put nightblades inline with other classes while balancing other class abilities etc, okay cool,we kinda know what they’re planning.
We at least had an idea of their vision which was to have a designation for each class.
But as the pts cycle moved on week after week zos has done a complete 180 on their vision and instead just began to try and change Nightblade to provide damage control, whilst neglecting every other class. Let me just say that this is arguably the DUMBEST thing to do,
They spend so much time trying to appease all the cry threads of nightblades panicking who haven’t even played pts and don’t even focus on the real issues such as how classes like stamsorcs, stamplars, and debatably magblades needed something for their class.
It’s absolutely absurd how inconsistent and incompetent zos is with their balancing changes each quarter.
They make their minds up on one thing, then completely do a 180 the next week!
The fact that they brought up something as absurd as incap now silencing players is the WORST change that has ever been introduced, This is worse than when they had the idea of giving shields a cast time, or introducing the sloads semblance.
It has become completely 100% confirmed zos does not play their game. How ignorant and out of touch can you be to have the audacity to introduce something like silencing from incap. Literally this has NO COUNTERPLAY. This will just destro any solo&small scale magica getting zerged down. It’s just ridiculous how people actually thought of this and introduced this nonsense to the patch notes. I can go on about this absurd change but that’s not the only bone I have to pick.
Another ridiculous change is the race against time nerf. Magica classes desperately needed a snare removal& immunity. Race against time was sure... debatably overloaded, but instead of reducing the snare immunity how about you just take away the ****ing Minor force. We would all be happy with that. Keep the minor force on channeled acceleration and let race against time have its immunity to 4 seconds.
Those who ran shuffle&wings wanted them to also be 4 seconds, so it can be as good as forward momentum, blur, and race against time. But what does zos do? The nerf race against time so mag classes can get shafted and have garbage mobility. Or we just have to gimp ourselves into using trash mistform which hardly even works since you still get snared in mistform, and you can’t heal, nor can you recover mag. Not to mention take absurd amounts of flame&fighters-guild damage because it’s not like 75% of the cyrodiil population doesn’t have fire damage or dawnbreaker&silver leesh slotted.
If we’re going to talk about overloaded abilities how about look at blur which gives 4 seconds of immunity AND major evasion.
Oh no but according to zos and their nonexistent logic all magic classes should suffer now.
Honestly at this point they should just give all classes their own form of snare removal&immunity instead of only giving certain classes their own exclusive abilities while others must suffer. It would be nice if Magplars could use something OTHER THAN MIST FORM.
It is now 100% clear zos does not play their game and is beyond out of touch with the community. The fact that they just go full 180 in this pts cycle is absolutely pathetic. Rather than actually giving certain clases their needed attention they just nerf nerf nerf and introduced things as RIDICULOUS as incap literally negating people.. was yesterday bring your kid to work day at zos, because it’s so hard to believe that a company can be so incompetent and inconsistent.

I wrote this in another thread, but it fits here too.....

The new incap no doubt makes nightblade stronger, especially against magicka classes.

Just think how a sorc panics being in negate for a second. Now, think of that same sorc not being able to cast anything for 3 seconds and cant just move out of it. Won't be able to streak to get away for the duration, they are meat bags for 3 seconds. If you catch a sorc with shields down, it's done. This is pretty much a death sentence for magicka classes in general.

I play both nightblade and sorc in PvP. As a blade, this has my mouth watering. As any magicka class, this is devastating. Anything with no counterplay is pretty ridiculous and shouldn't be in game. Whether you zerg or play solo, 3 seconds of not being able to do anything is a death sentence.

To be fair, this helps magblades too. I know I will slot in on mine. Instead of complaining, try offering a proposed solution that isn’t unreasonable. You complain about RAT nerf when the class who needed it most, magblades, got a class snare immovable. Magplar can purify, magdk can wings, warden has a free cost purge spammable that returns magic, sorcs can shield stack / streak.

I say they buff shield times to 15 seconds to add counterplay in forcing mag characters to keep up a shield at all times.

Warden Netch purges 1 ability which doesn’t even remove a snare. Magden despararely needed a snare immunity, Netch does crap. You literally cleanse one negative effect while unlikely will remove a snare and even if it did you’d be immediately snared again. What a ridiculous ass argument.
Same applies to magplar, cleansing sure is nice but won’t matter when the snare is immediately reapplied. They must use mistform in that scenario which mostly doesn’t even work since you still get snared in mistform.
Magdens just have to hope for the best because spamming Netch is a complete meme since you’re just going to be immediately snared again.

A free purge that costs nothing and returns mag. lol. Immovability pots aren’t something new in this game, if you’re not running them or even escapist poison idk what to tell you but you’re doing pvp wrong.

Do you even play magden open world?
Immovability pots do nothing against snares or roots. It’ll just prevent me from being cc’d While I’m stuck in roots&snares desperately spamming Netch to no avail.
Escapist poisons? Lmfao I guess everyone needs to run poisons that give you major expedition for 3 seconds that literally do nothing against a 70% snare. The fact that you suggested escapists poisons just shows your lack of knowledge.
You clearly are either a zergling or you just started pvping last week and think you know it all.
When you actually play solo on a magwarden and not hide in a zerg I’ll consider your arguments.
