For a couple of weeks now my front bar weapons disappear after a few minutes of play.
Every front bar weapon.
Reload does't fix it.
Unequiping & reequipping does, but then after a few minutes, they vanish again.
Any ideas?

✭I have this issue when using some specific motifs outfits, mainly the base game ones.
For certain is doing it on Breton & Khajiit style outfits. Shield and some times the sword is disappearing, even if the weapon skills etc apply normally. Same applies to DW.
Bows doesn't seems having issue. Nor the issue occurs on motifs like Dro-m'Athra, Glass, Frostcaller my other characters are using. (haven't tested other motifs).

Mine is happening with a Morag Tong outfit, yet, the same outfit on other characters doesn't give me an issue.
