Do silence give stun immunity?

Stamblades got 3 second silence in PTS. Can they stun right after silence ends? Stamchracters wont care about this but silence+stun is strong solid againts mag chracters.

✭✭✭✭It will still be super strong against Stam characters. No major or minor mending on DKs or Stamplars, no cleaned on Stamplars, no streak/dark deal on sorc, no cloak on nightblade.
Utterly ridiculous change to the skill. It's way way more powerful than before (if you used incap for the stun you were paying stamblade wrong anyway).0 -
Luckylancer✭✭✭✭✭But stams can heal themself and spam rolls + block. Mag chracters turn in to glorified ranged mobs. If incap's silence* can be cc breakable and give cc immunity after it ends, new change is good.
*negate's should not be breakable. It have a counter play already0
