You get to make three changes in this game what do you choose and why?

If you could change any three things at all what would you pick? Could be class changes or the way the crown store operates to even what colour water is.

    Make class synergise with certains weapon skills. So we cans top having every single class using the same template with different class skill.

    1. Better PvP vs PvE balancing via battle spirit.
    2. All classes having a unique DPS spammable
    3. NPC having crit chance but no more 1 shot mechanics. Just higher constant overall damage.

    1. Integration of skills to allow for more variety of action - I always end up with the same rotation and it makes it difficult to have any sort of experimentation
    2. clearer direction and information on skill and set needs to better allow newer players to integrate PvE, solo, group and PvP content in to their style. At this point, the "descriptions", such as they are, do little more than confuse new players and are next to no help
    3. better balancing of mob & boss abilities vs those of the players. I'm not even a very good player and play most games on easy and, as I solo about the world, other than world bosses that have millions of HP, it's pretty much a cakewalk

    1. Better server performance for PVE/PVP
    2. Ability to swim underwater
    3. Stronger world NPCs. Gets boring when all quest are so easy. You get built up for an epic boss fight just to mop the floor with them. I suggested this before but feel like the bosses in quest should have more HP and more mechanics to them (which some quest bosses have already). So at least the fight last a little longer then .5 seconds.

    1:
    create a small. ONE room. underground. home with a hidden entrance in the bushes. for me and my wife rogue stealth assassin type to live in.
    y - because its what i want and its cool and people would pay money for it.

    2:
    permanently increase sneak speeds for ALL classes (to where it used to be as fast as horses)
    y- because right now sneaking is like crawling in mud and is way too slow and for stealth class it gets you killed when trying to defend in sneak and because it makes travel faster when trying to stealth and because it is really hard and disturbing and angering trying to sneak right now is really Really slow.

    3: make an alternative to the shield breaker set that was deleted.
    y - because shields are way too strong. and by time you widdle them down in pvp they outdamage and kill the person trying to break them.

    I noticed that.

    I can fight may way through dozens of mobs on the way to the boss that are a bit more difficult in groups but get to the boss and they're a weenie? Huh?

    2. Get rid of Akamai and use a better lower latency DDOS protection solution.
    3. Add a bigger player house in Grahtwood, the snugg pod is too small...or give it a yard or something, I don't know.

    3. Add a simple DPS meter to the base game so players have an idea where they are at.

    Re: 3 - "...where they are at"? Compared to what? I have my output numbers on and average around 12K dps just by adding up my numbers (more if I'm using my AoE OT abilities).

    Just looking at the mini combat meter that's included with most UI addons or combat metrics. Knowing that your boss damage was 2.5k one fight, 5k the next and then you hear your friend did 25k. It might make you ask some questions that may help improve your gameplay. The only dps meter we have in the base game is the training dummy. It's nice and all, but having something that shows your combat dps on the fly could be helpful. You could toggle it off of course.

    1. Make combat pets automatically dismiss near bankers, crafting tables or writ turn ins.
    2. Give us a big open undeveloped house like the Coldharbour Estate that is not in Coldharbour.
    3. Move the Orsinium quest start to the guy you have to talk to to travel to Orsinium and let us use Blade of Woe on Stuga.

    Compared to other people I imagine. A lot of people never try to get better until they realize they suck. I’m not trying to downgrade anyone, but that’s exactly how it happened for me.

    Is your DPS not variable? Mine fluctuates wildly depending on the situation.

    1. Add in a Hunter/Dawnguard world skill line for people who don't want to be werewolves or vampires.
    2. Update Werewolf and Vampire to have their own quest lines/subclass specific hangout/hub areas as well as COMPLETELY rework the present Vampire skill line or add in a whole different bloodline option involving getting vampire lord skills.

    1. Fix the racial balance update (a failure imho)
    2. Improve combat pets. Make them permanent, one at a time, and not take up any skill slots. Calling your pet should be like calling your mount. Places with automatic dismount have automatic dismiss.
    3. Integrate the top 5 most essential mods into the official game.

    1. Epic world bosses/Dolmen: A social game needs more social challenges, and world bosses that take more than a handful of players would add to that. In addition, a Dolmen that increases in spawns, etc. if left undone might do the trick.
    2. Balance PVP and PVE: Do this not by separating the two but by actually balancing them. This would mean the removal of Battle Spirit and other balance "gimmicks".
    3. All class skills use magicka (keep physical weapon skills using stam and staff skills using mag): I know this one won't be popular, but the trend we're on has no good ending -- having one stam morph and one mag morph means there is no meaningful choice in morphs. The disparity between mag and stam will continue.

    One: Get rid of one-shot kill mechanics, because they're rather annoying.
    Two: Get rid of DPS Check mechanics, to hopefully abolish the Speedrun E-Sport insanity that most people have.
    Three: Ban people who have that kind of mentality, and who throw a tantrum if people don't have 40k DPS through the usage of one ability.

    Heck. The first two would be perfectly okay.

    1. The ability to reset all quests in a zone. They would only reward a little gold and xp, no gear or skill points. I would like to fix some quest choices that I made that are out of character without having to create a duplicate character.

    2. Add more quests/choices that allow you to role-play your character. It makes questing more interesting when you can make different choices with different characters and see how it changes the world. It would also make questing with alts less monotonous.

    3. Story mode normal dungeons and trials. I would just like to explore these areas without slowing anyone else down. I can solo some dungeons but not all. I have done several of the quests for these but don't know the story because the group was rushing through and I didn't have time to read.

    This is a really good point. But why all class skills magicka?

    I suppose they could all be stam, but then what would we use mag for? Dodge, block, sprint, and bash are all (rightly) stamina. It's broken now, though. Might as well just throw it all into one resource called "Stamicka" and end the farce :wink:
