Crashing when zoning to random battleground = 20 min penalty????

The game crashes after I accept the invite to the battlegrounds, in the loading screen 
Then I get 20 minute penalty for leaving.
It's like the 5th time this happens.
I got a last gen PC with windows 10, so I highly doubt I crash because of my own settings.
Other games work just fine.
You'd better fix this asap, because it's too unfair to treat your paying customers like this.
I just left this here to let you know this is happening in the game.
I probably won't have time to waste doing logs for you. If the game does not work, I'll just quit. But before that, I thought I'd maybe raise awareness and see if you're willing to fix the issue first.
I'm sure others with more time on their hands reported this issue and gave you the logs you needed.

I came back after a long break (I used to play eso in 2015) - and I get stuck in battlegrounds, people whisper each other that it's a known bug and that everyone should log off.
You get a 20 minute penalty for that also
The bug was reported in 2018 after doing a google search. We're halfway through 2019 and it still didn't get fixed.
Happed 2 times/day the past weeks when I played regularly.
I slowly started to quit again... disappointing game, and company.0
