Cannot set home campaign

I cannot set my home campaign to Auriel's Bow. I click and it askes me to confirm, and I click accept, but it does not set my home campaign to auriel's bow? I kept trying and it still does not work. It is not full. It only has two bars.

I have the same issue as do many other people. It has been all week for me and support has not helped at all. They did get back to me once with some generic make sure you are level 10 reply. Very frustrating.

Have you changed your home campaign before?

The first time you change your campaign is free, however any subsequent home campaign changes will cost alliance points.

I have never set a home campaign and still cannot at all.

I've got the problem as well.. and here's the cause. Somehow, my level 3 alt from another alliance was magically set to Home on the server I'm trying to set as home. Of course, I can't change that until I'm level 10 (shouldn't even be setable!)
