Suggestions for my build?

Ok so I know my way around mechanics and such, but I'm playing a MAGSORC and trying to build for PvE. I'm currently using Mother's Sorrow and Queen's Elegance with Grothdarr's as my monster (All purple rarity but some jewelry is blue). I've got my rotation down pat but I still see other DPS in dungeons just obliterating everything MUCH faster than I can.. I know that CP is definitely something to work on (I'm only CP 220~ish). What else am I missing? Am I using the wrong sets? If so, what other sets should I use? My skills are Bound Aegis, Daedric Tomb, Mages Wrath (my execute/spamable), hardened ward, Inner light, Ult: Meteor on my front bar, then back bar is bound aegis, boundless storm, blockade of elements, liquid lightning, power surge, Ult: Thunderous Rage. Im playing a high elf too.

✭✭Try swapping julianos for mother's sorrow, or if you can farm it, burning spellweave. If possible, gold out your weapons too. Makes a big difference.

Gotcha. If it were me, I'd keep both infused. One with absorb magicka enchant. If you're willing to run one lightning and one inferno, it would help with weaving the light attacks. That would also open up the monster sets to something like ilambris, which you could get a double proc, both fire and lightning damage at the same time.

JDEndureSoul ShrivenI am lvl 50 in all major things like blacksmith, clothier woodworking and provisioning. Working on the rest. As for traits, still working on them too. I think on some gear I have 6 traits but not all
