Shadow Image attacking guards

I have Prevent Attacking Innocents turned ON, but when I cast my Shadow Image in town without any targets selected or in view, it immediately attacked a Town Guard. I think this shouldn't be an intentional action by the pet to attack neutrals you haven't engaged in combat with them yet.

✭✭✭✭✭Pets have been messed up forever. iirc, sorc pets have been caught in the damage a guard has done to catch a player and that pulled them into combat. Again, iirc.
I do not if you are disguised on a quest pets will still agro on the pathers even though you the pathers have not agroed on you.0
