Much better to let ALL mounts wade through a bit deeper water, perhaps even try to tread water for a bit, and only go bye-bye after, say, three seconds of swimming... (or the first slaughterfish bite, depending) as whatever magic summons them dissipates in "running water" or whatever else we want to use as fluff explaination for our horseys going "poof"
That oughta take care of all the small puddles which are -just- deep enough to unhorse you for a second...0 -

I mean some mounts are better than others, you made the Novelty Stick Mounts not actually affected by mount speed. So why not make a water based mount. I think this would be much more achievable and realistic than flying mounts in ESO.

I was actually talking to some friends about this very thing just a few days ago, and I agree with you. Getting dismounted all the time is really frustrating.
Have slaughterfish dismount you and kill you... have the thing entierly disabled in cyrodiil... I don't see a reason to why it wouldn't be possible.
We've had these mounts for 5 years now. They all work the exact same way and we've had nothing new except looking different. Some variation to mounts, with a difference to playstyle, would be much appreciated.The road to hell is paved with good intentions.

Coding wise it'd be a nightmare, but in game wise it'd be amazing.0 -

@starkerealm There are 3 Senche-Rahts (Senche-Raht, Queen’s Claw Senche-raht, and Cursebound Senche-raht Darkfang). Even the quite unique nix-ox has 3 skins if you count the refrabricated one.[Lie] Of course! I don't even worship Daedra!0 -

✭Idc how it's done, I just would REALLY appreciate if we could just NOT be dismounted in water. What is the actual point of it happening anyway? If it's an animation issue, why not just use the same animation that is already there when you toggle walk while on your mount. It's slow enough and would look just fine.
