You tried to upgrate your bank and inventory with ingame gold already?

There is a lot of armor. You've got two options.
1. Hoard everything in the hopes that it will eventually become meta. Pay for that storage space with gold, crowns, or money.
2. Keep only the pieces you think you need, and grind for armor as you need it - spending the time playing the game in order to get what you want.
Either way, you pay ZOS in time spent playing their game or they get your money directly. This is working as intended.

Already have 480 max bank space, along with 200 inventory on all 15 chars and still have troubles managing everything packratting as well too though but they should just make same exact items be stackable like consumeables tbh.

No, because:
1. What we have now is more than enough. You need to stop hoarding and learn how to make choices.
2. Increasing inventory/bank capacity will overload the servers even more. The same goes for armour/furniture bag, it's simply not technically possible without crashing the game completely. Watch the latest ESO Live stream, they have explained why they can't do it.
