Dressing Room... weapon bar swap

Why do I get a "you can not change weapon bars" after changing my spec via dressing room? Is there any way to avoid that? It's annoying as f**.
And if the dam breaks open many years too soon
And if there is no room upon the hill
And if your head explodes with dark forebodings too

    Not sure but there is an alternative addon for this purpose called alpha gear. I havent had any issues with it recently

    I have the same issue on my warden. Also cant use any skills for like 5 seconds. However, on my NB I can instantly swap and use skills..
