Login Error Connection Timed Out

I can't get into the game. I can manage to launch the client, press play then it gets to the login screen and has this error:

"Login Error Connection Timed Out"

None of the announcements are available when this happens. I've tried following all of the steps that have been recommended online and nothing has worked. I just bought ESO Plus 2 days ago so I'm super frustrated that I can't play. What else can I try to get this fixed?

Here's a list of things I've tried:

- Resetting Wifi
- Closing the game and client and relaunching
- Finding the game launcher file and adding "Backup" onto the end of the one needed to be changed
- Repairing the game files
- Using my phone's personal hotspot to see if the Wifi was the issue

None of these worked
