Mitrenga✭✭✭✭✭Only way to know is to wait for the maintenance to complete. Afterwards, you can use repair function if the problem persists.1 -

Merlight✭✭✭✭✭Yes it's because maintenance is underway. It's normal on patch day, game client reports it's outdated, launcher doesn't have an UPDATE button (although it could be downloading files that are on servers several days before every patch, it just doesn't).
