Should ZOS compensate EU/PC players for server crashes and extended server down time?

✭✭✭✭✭YesI normally vote "No" to these questions because the event that leads to the vote is an isolated one.
However, the EU server has been just one thing after another, and they have had multiple server down times, login queues, reduced guild history, and disconnects, just to get the list started.

Yes, when the queue was enabled on the EU server I raised a ticket cancelling my sub and pre-order and they responded within 30 mins doing both. I was in fact impressed with how quickly they addressed my concerns in that regard.

Pro-rata for unused sub, yes, which is only right IMO. But I only ever use them to buy DLC in sales so I have all the content owned, so that's not really a concern for me1 -
