* 28k Health
* 16k Stam

* 24k Phys resist
* 28k Spell resist
* 3k Crit resist

* 9k Penetration
* 16k Shalks(Beetles) tooltip
* 10k Shield (Harness Magicka) strength in Cyrodiil

* 1.4k Magicka recovery + more from netch + harness magicka return + Breton 7% mag cost reduction

Setup Info:
* 5x Necropotence body
* 3x Ancient Grace jewelry
* 2x Skoria
* 2x Masters Shock Staff (Front bar)
* 2x Willpower SnB (Back bar)

* 5x light 1x medium 1x heavy
* All impen, 2x triglyphs 5x mag glyphs
* 2x protective jewelry, 1x arcane - 2x recovery glyphs 1x damage glyph

* Front bar (Infused shock staff, shock enchant):
Fetcher Infection / Deep Fissure / Bird of Prey / Shock Clench / Shimmering Shield / Northern Storm.

* Back bar (Sword and Shield, defending berserk enchant sword, sturdy magicka enchant shield):
Harness Magicka / Blue Betty / Living Trellis / Mist Form / Ice Fortress / Northern Storm (On both bar for the 4% magicka).

* Breton race
* Stage 4 vamprism
* Tristat food

* No poisons
