If i use a skill point in One hand and Shield named "Sword and Board" that increases weapon damage by 5% and block by 20% do i get that 5% damage even if i use a dual handed weapon ?
Can i stack that with the 20% of the dual handed passive bonus?
Can i stack that with the 20% of the dual handed passive bonus?

While i don't know the exact truth, from what i've seen and read, unless a skill specifically says "5% with blahblah" or "increases by 10% when using blahblah" it effects everything.0 -
