Which site is best to learn about class skill mechanics?

I've been trying to find a site with relevant and accurate info about classes, their skills and their mechanics. Eso main page is oriented in selling it, wiki only holds basic information and forum is .... forum. Especially at this stage, with search function that returns the results in all languages which makes it hard to use.
Is there a site I could trust to properly inform me about this game and all it's parts?

Explanations
There is a guy who shares great vids on youtube. Describing stuff and real-time showing it ingame. I reccomend.

Esohead is more of a database and while it's a good one, it doesn't explain mechanics.
Esobuilds is for builds and has the same limitation as Esohead.
Tamriel foundry also uses forum as main tool for explaining mechanics. But I did find a thread where the mechanics that interest me at this moment (burning effect) have been answered to some extent. I also got the response on this forum

But the funny thing is that the player in TF says she/he got the information about this effect from personal experience on PTS and the one on this forum is not entirely sure about it's effects.
Which brings me to question if there is a page that does explain what is happening with this "burning effect". And quite possibly with many other parts of combat mechanics that are also unknown to many players.
We are talking about a running game and not it's beta, after all. I don't think it's too much to expect having an option to educate yourself about the game properly?
