Are they making it practical? Its so close to being a viable set. But between the randomness of the essence and the cooldown, yeesh0 -

I don't recall exactly, but I heard some even worry the changes will make it overpowered. So I am thinking has to be at least decent0 -

Yeah, that was one of the biggest let downs of all times in terms of sets. I remember farming it when it first came out, played with it for 3 minutes and realized it was totally f'ing useless. I dont see the proposed PTS changes helping all that much to be honest.1
