For the writs you can certify at any level but the writs are not available from the boards until Level 6 Character.
Unless something has changed that I missed.
Or simply a quest or two in the main quest line.Grinding just make you go in circles.

Yeah its easy to get there, just thought to add it to the text of the writs section in opening post. Especially for any that want to quickly start some alts or get some that have been sitting around moving.

I do mine in 66 seconds from pickup to drop off per toon.
BEST ADDONS:
Use the following 3 addons to auto crafts all writs:

You can also craft the alchemy and provisioning items in stacks on your crafter, then deposit those in your bank. Lazy Writ Crafter will automatically pull them from your bank on your alts. Vivec is very handy for this since the Banker is in the middle of the crafting area.2 -

I think we had this discussion on my thread, that I DID get reward boxes from both of the Anvil Bounty Board quests that I ran.
Just to make sure, did you run the Anvil Bounty Board quests "Buried Evil" or "The Common Good"? Both of those got me Festival reward boxes. The regular delve quest from the NPCs don't count.0 -

FerwenSoul ShrivenWeek 4 is coming up, and I want to make sure I've understood correctly which quests will count to get anniversary boxes. If I've understood right, it's only pledges and the first time a trial is run during the week.
There are 7 trials. 3 pledges a day. The Wednesday pledges this week can be handed in on Thursday. Next week I can hand in the Thursday pledges before 4pm BST and still get anniversary boxes. So during this week I can get at most the following number of boxes per toon:
- 27 boxes for the pledges (3 a day for 9 days)
- 7 for the trials.

FerwenSoul ShrivenI'm discussing this with people in my guild's discord, and most people seem to think that we'll get an anniversary box each time we run a trial, even if we run the same one multiple times over on the same day with the same toon, because we can always pick a quest in a trial no matter how many times we do it. The official announcement is quite ambiguous about this.0

Do you have a link pointing to an official announcement confirming this? Because I realize that my suggestion is based entirely on info from this forum. I can't find any official announcement that says anything about "weekly trials", everything suggests that just picking up the quests in the trials (as often as we want) is sufficient to get an anniversary box.0 -
