As the title says, I only found a few by chance in some creates and chests but I didn't find any via water springs or sink holes.
Does anyone know where to find them?

Hodorius✭✭✭I am pretty sure I had a few... they were lvl 50 items I think.
At least they were red/unusable for my lvl 42 char.
I got them from the southern area in Bangkorai which is the last one before Coldharbour.Edited by Hodorius on April 11, 2014 4:31AM1
