Falling through the world at Underpall Cave, Cyrodiil.

Hi,
I was playing with my guild trying to collect skyshards. We decided to go inside Underpall Cave in Cyrodiil but the game crashed there as we probably tried to put too many people in the same instance. After I relogged, I found my character falling through the world, I relogged several times with the same result.
I tried contacting customer support and I got booted from the server twice. However when I log on to the game the same issue persists. I hope somebody of customer support can relocate my character somewhere outside of Cyrodiil because there is no way for me to get out of this situation.
I had this before in a dungeon in Cyrodiil while running with my group. But it seemed to fix automaticly by dieing but this my character doesn't want to die at all, thus I keep on falling.
My accounthandle is @Azraelios and the character I am stuck on is called: Azrael Hemar
I hope this gives enough details and is enough to get this sorted out.

Log into another cyrodiil server assigning it as the "guest" option. You only get one shot at this for like what, a 3 day timer? So don't go back to a pvp world if you are falling through the ground a lot.
For some odd reason zenimax took out the ability to "travel to player" or "/stuck" in Cyrodiil. I don't know if the other pvp zones will be affected, probably are the same I'm guessing.
/reloadui does not work
logging in and out does not work
