The lag was because you was in Cyrodiil when you was posting on the forum you need to go into a pve zone when posting no lag (sorry couldn’t resist that)
I applaud you for what you did but next week isn’t going to fun on events either as their will be people queuing as tanks, healers and well dds that won’t be doing any of those roles so I would post sick of events that make you interact with others it’s just not on

Then again, it's not like the majority of people queuing for random can actually do their role in the first place xD
As a main tank , I'm always happy when my group DPS is over 25k xD
Or when I heal myself for less than 50% of my own healing.

There are ton of such guilds, and there is real shortage of tanks in normal trials since experienced ones are too bored there and newbies are afraid of tanking. If you are speaking about vet trials, yes, first you need to complete it several times as dps and learn all mechanics and what tanks should do and only then attempt them as a tank, this is impossible with lfg.
If you are on PC EU, I'm in one rly amicable guild where both normal and vet trials are regularly organized by experienced trial leaders, and "elitism" and bm are forbidden, we may take you in.

I'm I'm a guild that took me in at 160ish cp, with noobs doing 70k+ DPS, you know the "elitist" people complain about. You would be surprised how helpful people are when you tell them beforehand you don't know a dungeon or mechanics.
Most people kick you out of group because :
1 - you are doing poorly, didn't bother warning your group you were knew to tanking /healing.
2 - you are doing poorly, your group isn't any better know they need someone to carry them.
And this game has a lot of entitled people who refuse to learn how to play and just want to be carried.

so u want me to go as dd and for that i need to create an extra char or revamp my tank and get all those sets. this is what it means no love for those roles.
u know how much time it took me to get a group for vDSA its more than 3 weeks and that too all newbies (i actually begged in forums and group chat)
so u claim there are such guilds. I only remember guilds recruiting exp tanks and heal who done hm etc..
If u come to pugging normal as tank u r stepping into nightmare and light works

You can be an effective dps in double crafted sets for all normal content, trials included, there's no hassle to it
But on the topic you're really trying to bring up, your weird attempt to compare someone kicking a player for inhibiting group progress (either with bad dps, 'tanking' by letting bosses and adds run wild, ice staff taunting as a healer) to camping towns in Cyro to stop questers from participating in the event in which they have no effect on the campaign results is painfully disingenuous.

I did, and the title bears a striking resemblance to another thread about PvP griefersthough this one is sorely lacking in substance
You should trying reading too. If PvE tanking is your real concern, then the advice in this thread has already done you a huge favor by offering guild specifically for teaching players how to perform certain roles in PvE content. If you ask for help, more often than not someone will give you advice.
If you jump into veteran content with no idea what you’re doing, then for obvious reasons people will not put up with you for long. Demanding people waste their time in content in which moderate experience is necessary to complete it, when you have little to no experience, is far more toxic than getting kicked. Especially since being kicked incurs no cooldown penalty on queuing

what can i do if they have a thread about pvp?
my sole concern is tanks and healers getting short end because of toxicity where dps behaves like gods due to game design.
and u expect me to be exp before running vet.
question: how do u get exp if u dont get to run it to get exp?
this is the sole concern here.
and thank god u r living at a time zone easy for u to find guilds and do some trial content. To me i posted not once but many times but no response for trials guild and if i offer myself the response is looking for some exp who done hm etc..

Like people have already told you, you get experience by running it on normal first, like everyone did when they started out. You run normal dungeon, normal trials, and once you know the basics you move on to vet.
I work evenings into nights, I ran with Aussie guilds for a while, now I grab pugs midday USA time, some guild runs late evening. It’s not hard to find guilds from various time zones, but you can’t sit back and wait for someone to take it upon themselves to lead you like a lost duckling. You have to actually want and seek out help
Edit: stop trying to skip to vet as if you’re at all prepared for it. They want high experience because vet trials require everyone knows what they’re doing. Even the basic an dull ones like vAA can go sour if people don’t have a grasp of basic mechanical knowhow
