Community, please rank from easiest to hardest the Vet DLC Dungeons

I'm doing a bit of research for my ESO guild and need the help of the community coming to a ranking list of easiest to hardest Vet DLC dungeons.

I'm not sure if it is as simple as the order of which they came out, due to being scaled to power creep and CP increases.

Here is the list:
White Gold Tower
Imperial City Prison
Cradle of Shadows
Ruins of Mazzatun
Bloodroot Forge
Falkreath Hold
Scalecaller Peak
Fang Lair
Moon Hunter Keep
March of Sacrifices
Frostvault
Depths of Malatar

Include the Hard Mode mechanic of Final Boss when ranking your list.

I know the answer to this request is relative to the persons experience and skill level. But I'd like to get some data I can average out.

I would switch MHK with MoS but otherwise I agree with that list.

The difficulty between those dungeons does not vary nearly as much as the effectiveness of players, both as individuals and as groups.

In other words, I think it is impossible to answer your question without doing all of them with exactly the same three players!

That's kinda what I was assuming anyone ranking this would do. Otherwise it's not feasible a task to rank them based on random groups.

if playing with static group then non of them
if playing with randoms (PUG) then could be any of them

From my PUG experience Moon Hunter Keep is hardest. Rune boss only - tank check, healer check, dps check, mechanics check.

This is my personal, subjective view of which are easiest to hardest (for me, while tanking them). This considers the hardmode versions.

I'd put March of Sacrifices HM at the easiest HM. Ever since they nerfed the stranglers a long time ago, you can do that hardmode with 1 tank and 1 30K dps. I agree with Frostvault HM being the hardest. it took us a few days to beat it.
