You might have better luck posting this in one of the server specific forums on the guild section, since a lot of guild masters hang out there recruiting. What platform and server are you on?

First use the Search option, type "Balkan" hit GO. -> I noticed you were already asking about balkan guild somewhere else, and I'm sure you will find one.
