Loading into game but put back into character selection everytime

Ever since I tried to log into the 5 days ago I've been repeatedly put back into the character selection screen. I've tried to log in on 3 different consoles, different internet connections, and have been in support for 5 days with no solutions (I've been waiting for a specialist team or something like that for 2 days to contact me) Has anyone else had this problem or have any ideas? Thanks everyone!

I have probably exactly the same issue than you, about 5 seconds loading screen game bounces back to character selection screen every time with every character, my gamertag isn't showing anymore on down right corner of the screen after log in, there's only "profile" visible, log in kind of disconnects my gamertag from game. I created first character on NA server and with it I can log in every time.

Dude that is the exact same thing as mine. Is yours fixed yet?

Dude that is the exact same thing as mine. Is yours fixed yet?

Except I'm opposite, I cant log in NA server but my first EU could ( which i don't play on)

Besides that I have the exact same issue. I'm on day 18 no fix

It's still the same, I've been downloading the game for the second time and trying again later on, I don't expect it to work. If game starts working again, it's probably after some larger download like Elsweyr. I want to preorder it, but now I'm just too worried it won't work then either, at that point there's not much hope left for my account.

Yeah I am definitely at the point where I'm feeling completely ignored by support. I guess a brand new mobile game is more important than someone who's played this game since pc beta \(-.-)/

I want to pre-order Elsweyr so bad too. But if they don't fix it soon tbh I'll never play this game again. I love this game so much but I'm losing faith because of this and the minimal attention of support.

I've been absolutely frustrated and mad on few days even it's just a video game, it's very hard to make the decision to quit completely after playing for so long. I think the issue is that there's simply no easy and fast fix so it's just a waiting game for the next patch or Elsweyr to see if the game happens to start working again. After all we are very minority with our issues and there's the typical issues coming with every event so it's more efficient to try to fix the issues affecting the larger player base than just few players. At least this is my feeling about this whole situation and it's still very wrong at this point no matter how I look at it. However many bot farmlings are killing mudgrabs all the time without any issues, there's something to think about...
