Stuck on battleground + unstuck = deserter penalty - ?????????

What you about to see below is stuck character during fight on Battleground map that cant do anything any move any jump, nothing:

Solution:
F1 > CHARACTER STUCK > UNSTUCK (and paid little gold costs)
And now result:
Q&A:
1.What i should do to unstuck and dont get penalty in this situation?
2.What I should do to unstuck and stay in a Battleground because when you use unstuck tool game teleports you out of Battleground and gives you penalty even.
-seems to be logic(sarcasm)
Interpretations:
Bug in map is ok, I understand,, but penalty for solution is unlogic. Game logic is to stay there for all the map time and wait there to the end of map time ??
You explore game bug, and game even in cirtical situation gives you penalty when you try to unbug yourself using ingame mechanism.
