So we have @ZOS_MattFiror saying they knew about the issue but let it get worse. We have @ZOS_GinaBruno saying a new communication plan is coming...since November, no rush, and
@ZOS_RobGarrett saying "a majority of the bugs and issues faced are not ones everyone encounters or are drastically halting gameplay, as such they need to continue creating content for people who want new content to play and don’t play at the higher level to notice if a skill or mechanic works a little wonky."

Problem with the western culture is that you think everything should have an answer right away. You think technology is 100% stable. And that you think just because you're paying, that you have all the right in the world. Quick answer, you don't. You have signed a ToS, read it up and stop this "customer is always right" attitude. I have worked as a tech support for years, and people are so entitled to think that they should get this and that because they're paying, here's news, things break and when they do more often than not it's A.) unexpected and B.) may take a while to fix. So no matter how much you scream, if it's not gonna be fixed within 24-hours, it will NOT. Really makes me ROFL everytime someone demands-- no when someone screams and/or cry, that their connection be right now, when there is nothing I can do about it, because it's a system issue. When you're muted in a tech support call and you're just screaming your heart out, the tech support guy probably have you on speaker mode and have everyone else you listening, while laughing at you! I've done that several times, it's honestly very funny-- hilarious. And honestly, there is nothing anyone can do because the problem will NOT be fixed when YOU want it to be fixed. We told ZOS for years now that they need to upgrade the Servers cause Performance is really really Bad.. they never listened or even answered on this topic.
Now servers are overloaded, cant handle the Population anymore. ZOS did a lot of Events to get new players, they must have known the server cant handle so many players. So in the last second they react to this case, saying they upgrade servers but we need to accept the queue they put up now.
Sunday evening, 7pm, Queue was 30 minutes plus. Who wants to wait this long to play a game? No one.
If they would have listened to us, we would have never been at this point now. Ofc we are angry and ZOS deserve all of this hate. And If they dont pump the server Up like crazy and we still have *** Performance after a server Upgrade they will get even more hate. And all of this is deserved.
